Presenter: Mark Luttinen, PMP
Presentation Title:
Working with a completely remote workforce and empowering employees to drive projects, pulling together remote resources and keeping flexibility without losing goals. This is a very timely topic as we emerge from the post Covid environment with many more projects executed with strictly remote teams presenting new challenges.
Presentation Description:
We will continue to explore the new 7th edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK© Guide. As noted in the last seminar of 2021, one of the new changes to the standard is the inclusion of the principle of Systems Thinking. This principle requires that a project manager be able to view and understand the project environment as part of a larger system. Systems thinking helps a project manager respond to projects and conduct problem-solving in a complex and dynamic environment. This presentation will attempt to examine systems thinking and complexity thinking as it relates to working with stakeholders and their diverse perspectives.
