Dr. Levin experience spans over 50 years working in portfolio, program, and project management. She is an active member of the PMI and the winner of the PMI’s ®2014 Eric Jennet Project Management Excellence Award. A visionary in establishing and enhancing functions of PMOs, Dr. Levin establishes metrics systems for organizations, and serves as a mentor to numerous individuals and organizations.

Dr. Levin has worked in the maturity assessment field since the early 1990s in the CMM-SW, the CMMI and Project Framework, in 1999. She helped lead the Business Development CMM and SAP’s KMM and assessment methodologies, developing Portfolio Framework and Program Framework Maturity Models.
