Lean Product Development is focused on increasing speed to market for new products through the reduction of waste in the NPD process, improving the effectiveness of project teams by focusing on how work is done, and improving cross functional alignment on priorities & resource allocation practices.

Steve Stucky

Steve Stucky is a Product Development leader with over 25 years of experience in large industrial manufacturing businesses within Westinghouse Electric, Ingersoll-Rand, and Emerson Corporation. He has led Strategic Marketing & Global Product Management teams with responsibility for developing new products and driving profitable growth. Steve has most recently led Regional & Global Program Management teams with responsibility for improving NPD processes, increasing project management competencies, and improving project execution effectiveness. 
Steve’s passion is improving “how” work is done through Lean practices. He led a Lean Office Transformation effort focusing on Lean as an engine for growth, eliminating waste and shrinking Cycle Times for both the Delivery Value Stream & the Product Development process. Steve currently leads a global project management function within Emerson Corporation with responsibility for driving project speed improvements.
