Carrie Clement supervises the Engineering department for the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District (WLSSD). Ms. Clement manages the capital improvement program and projects for the district's wastewater treatment plant collection system. She has also served as an environmental engineering consultant and other capacities for WLSSD over the past 15 years. Ms. Clement holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, is a certified Professional Engineer, and certified Class A Wastewater Treatment Facility operator.
