There are numerous tools available to project managers to assist them in performing their job. SharePoint may be an excellent solution for many, especially if it is already being used in the organization for other things.
This presentation will walk you through how two organizations use SharePoint to manage projects and how easily they can share the site with external stakeholders.
Jordan will explain how Nexus’ PM processes have progressed and matured over the years. At the same time, Nexus has concentrated on keeping the processes simple and effective for both the Nexus team members and the clients.
Justin will take everyone on a tour through how the Information Technology Department utilizes their customized SharePoint site to manage and collaborate on project documents and processes.

Jordan Pope is a certified Project Manager for Nexus Innovations. His primary responsibility include managing solutions projects, working with clients in the area of business process improvement.
Justin Data is the Enterprise PMO Division Manager for the North Dakota Information Technology Department. Newly at the helm of the PMO in Bismarck, he is tasked with aligning and improving processes for project management, IT planning, and IT procurement for state government. Justin was part of the team that initiated the PMO’s build of a SharePoint-based tool for project management, and he now spends considerable time contemplating how to evolve it into an enterprise portfolio management system.
