Irina Fursman, born and raised in Ukraine, began her consulting career in the United States in 2008. She is Vice President of Brimeyer Fursman, LLC, an organization development and executive search-consulting firm. Her expertise include participatory approaches to strategic planning, project implementation, and process design.
Irina facilitates organization assessment, leadership recruitment and transition, community or employee engagement efforts and strategy development initiatives for public, private and non-profit organizations. Through her affiliation with the Institute of Cultural Affairs, Irina has also trained and mentored individuals and groups in the art and science of participatory facilitation for a variety of applications.
