Program Description

The J&B CI Journey builds on founder Bob Hageman’s basic tenant of why he started J&B - Respect. The slide presentation takes you through the two Pillars of Lean, the House of Lean, and brings videos, simulations, and actual photos and stories together to let you experience some of the CI Journey that is slowly changing the Culture at J&B Group. In addition to an interesting story, we want you to take away the importance of Visuals and Standards and use them in your Project Management strategies to help deliver and execute results.
