Program Description

During this one hour presentation we will review the people, process, technology approach Molesworth uses to transform teams and organizations from a more traditional project approach to an agile state. The case study will discuss the critical aspects of building functional agile teams in an empowered environment. In addition, we will discuss the appropriate scaling of agile and learn that organizations do not need to have a big bang approach in order to start a successful agile movement. Your little team WILL be the cool kids on the block and others will want to follow. Finally, we will address the need, or lack thereof, for technology and tools.
