Manages projects of moderate complexity, with accountability for successful delivery aligned to Essentia Health’s strategic goals. Works with a high degree of independence to plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. Applies project management methodologies (hybrid) to guide project execution across the full lifecycle. Partners with business and technical stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, policies, and standards. Leads cross-functional project teams and serves as the primary point of contact for project communication. Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships and ensures transparency through regular status reporting and effective communication. Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitors project performance, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource utilization, and takes corrective action as needed to ensure successful outcomes. Supports organizational change management efforts to drive adoption and realization of project benefits. Facilitates decision-making, removes barriers, and ensures teams are aligned and progressing toward defined objectives. Conducts post-project evaluations, including lessons learned and benefits realization, to support continuous improvement. Contributes to PMO standards, tools, and best practices, and may provide guidance or mentorship to less experienced team members.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or a related field and 2+ years of project management or project leadership experience
OR
Associates degree and 4+ years of progressive project support and/or project leadership experience in Information Services, Business, or Healthcare

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare IT, including clinical and business applications, EMR/EHR, or infrastructure initiatives
PMI PMP/PMI CAPM certifications or other relevant advanced project management education

MANIFEST Technology seeks a Renewals Specialist to lead the end-to-end management of contract renewals for software, services, and vendor agreements. The role focuses on ensuring service continuity and cost optimization by proactively tracking timelines, analyzing usage data, and negotiating favorable terms. A successful candidate will serve as a cross-functional bridge, partnering with Legal, Finance, and various business units to align on strategy and approvals. Ideally, applicants should possess 3–5 years of experience in procurement or vendor management, with a specific emphasis on IT renewals like SaaS and software licensing.

Job Type: Contract-to-hire
Duration: Long-term and on going
Location: Hybrid – prefer candidates reside in the Lakeville, MN area.
Pay Range: $38-$45/hr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end contract renewals (software, services, vendor agreements), ensuring continuity and cost optimization
• Track renewal timelines, proactively engage stakeholders, and prevent lapses in service and/or unnecessary renewals
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and business units to align on renewal strategy and approvals
• Maintain accurate renewal data, reporting, and documentation

Requirements

• 3-5 years in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract/renewals management
• Experience managing IT renewals (SaaS, software licensing, telecom, or hardware) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with contract terms, pricing models, and basic negotiation practices
• Ability to analyze usage/spend data to support renewal decisions and cost optimization

Job Description

MANIFEST Technology is seeking a high-energy Project Manager to join our client’s newly formed PMO team in Lowell, MA, focusing on complex medical device development and manufacturing transfers within the thin-film industry. In this "sandbox" environment, you will have the unique opportunity to help build foundational PMO processes while leading high-impact Class II and III device projects from inception to completion. Acting as the primary liaison for external customers, you will own project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring all activities comply with ISO 13485 standards and Design Control requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a BS in a STEM discipline, at least five years of medical device experience, and a desire to drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing setting.

Pay Range: $100k-120k Salary / No C2C

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages and coordinates development and manufacturing transfer of complex components.
• Generates and maintains detailed project plans, task lists and project risk registers that enable the team to execute project activities based on well-defined prioritization.
• Coordinates activities across different functional groups to ensure successful completion of project goals and milestones.
• Tracks project health in terms of schedule, budget, and technical risks and issues.
• Prepares and presents comprehensive project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively anticipates project risks and issues and carefully formulates and implements risk mitigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Supports project team in establishing and maintaining product requirements and test plans.
• Serves as the principal contact with external customers. Coordinates and directs customer meetings and visits, and day-to-day customer communication.
• Manages internal resource allocation, in collaboration with internal management, to meet program goals and milestones.
• Setup project profile in project management/time tracking systems (Fastrack/M2M setup are current systems).
• Manages project invoicing and create purchase orders for project expenses.

Requirements


• Minimum BS in a STEM discipline with at least 5 years of experience within the medical device industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project / program management in an ISO 13485 environment.
• Must possess strong understanding and working knowledge of ISO 13485 based Quality Systems and Design Control.
• Must be able to interpret technical drawings, product requirements, design specifications and relevant technical documents.
• Ability to condense and communicate complex technical ideas, project status and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must have proficiency in MS Project and other MS Office software.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English, and must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Willingness to travel, if required.
