Scholarship Fundraiser - Ethical Culture Study

Calling all PMP certified professional project managers……

Help PMI-MN raise money for the PMI-MN Scholarship Fund 

To encourage and advance academic research in the field of project management, PMI-MN is proud to support a research study led by Keith Anderson in partnership with Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, a long-standing PMI-MN sponsor. Mr. Anderson is investigating the influence of organizational ethical culture on an individual’s self-concept within temporary organizations. Results from this study will be used to inform organizational policy and professional development strategies related specifically to the field of project management.

PMI-MN will receive scholarship funding for each completed survey, up to a total of $1,200. This fundraiser expires on September 30th, 2023. You do not need to be a member of PMI-MN to participate. Please share the link to this webpage with other PMP certified professional project managers.

Ethical Culture Survey

The survey consists of 40 survey items and will take approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. The survey includes: one (1) informed consent acknowledgment item, one (1) study qualifications item, four (4) categorical demographic items, and 35 statements to which participants will respond using a 7-point scale (Strongly Disagree through Strongly Agree). The survey is anonymous. No personally identifiable information will be collected.

Participant Eligibility

For this study, eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. You have attained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  2. You are currently employed full-time in the role of project, program, or portfolio manager.
  3. You have worked in this capacity for a minimum of 3 years.
  4. You have been employed by your current employer for at least 2 years.

Important Information

  1. Participation in this study is completely voluntary.
  2. Participants may terminate the survey at any time prior to submitting the response electronically.
  3. The survey uses Qualtrics to collect the survey data.
  4. This study is conducted in accordance with the Internal Review Board of Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
