Long gone are the days in which collaborating virtually is something unique to special teams. The virtual project team environment is where most of us find ourselves working at least some of the time. As a PM, getting a group of people to identify, engage, and collaborate as a team is critical to project success. The additional dimension of working across time and space means tailoring those team development skills to a virtual environment. In this webinar, you will learn key techniques for getting virtual team members to identify as a team and tips for sustaining engagement and commitment to each other, the team, and project objectives. Find out how to improve your virtual collaboration skills and increase your project team’s effectiveness and ultimately project value.
