Conflict (diversity of thoughts and ideas) is a good thing.  Combat (argumentative defensive aggressive words and actions) stifles creativity.  Learn to invite conflict to your project team and an exploration of ideas and viewpoints to solve problems rather than producing an argument.  Learn to choose words for difficult conversations with individual team members that de-escalate and defuse unproductive emotions.

Speaker(s) Bios:

Jeannette Grace is an energetic speaker who provides real solutions for the communication challenges you face every day.  Although entertaining, you will take away practical strategies you can immediately use in your role as a project manager or leader.  Jeannette has been speaking to audiences since 1995, so her natural delivery creates the notion that you have been known her for years, and her interactive style will have you practicing the skills you need before you leave the presentation.  Although she is a full-time instructor now, her experience as a managers and professional representative in the medical field means that she understands the situations you deal with each day.  She will not trivialize your struggles, she will help you overcome them.
