Technology affects everyone in healthcare. Implementing a new technology solution can be difficult, and it can be even more difficult to perform change management and get buy in. This session will show you how to maximize adoption during the critical period of go-live. Using real world examples during RFID/RTLS deployments, we’ll go through how to make advocates out of everyone from the CIO to foot soldiers.

Alex Hoffman

Alex Hoffman is a Product Manager for Intelligent InSites, a healthcare operational data and consulting company based out of Fargo, ND. As a Product Manager, Alex is responsible for the strategic roadmap, marketing messaging, and services offerings for all Asset Management and Environmental Monitoring solutions. Prior to being a Product Manager Alex has held several roles in sales, partnerships, and project management. In those roles he worked directly with people at all levels of healthcare provider organizations and vendors alike. Alex holds a B.S. in Business Administration from North Dakota State University and is a Certified LEAN Master. In his spare time he enjoys all manners of winter sports, spending time at the lake, and volunteering in his local hospital’s Emergency Room.
