Program Description:

Are you ready to jump back into life this month? The busy fourth quarter and back-to-school fall schedule can be both energizing and overwhelming. And it can be challenging to take on more when you feel burned out when your plate is already full. Unfortunately, “burn out” can have significant and long-lasting consequences on your health, your personal and professional relationships, and your productivity and performance. In this session, you will learn how to get fired up again – and what choices you can make to increase your own personal satisfaction, and, keep yourself operating at your highest levels of energy, enthusiasm and productivity.

Sayre Darling
Sayre Darling

Sayre Darling finds her voice consulting and coaching at the border between individuals and their goals. Here, she translates what individuals want to do into what they need to do in order to achieve their desired goals and outcomes. She relies on an innate ability to quickly identify the core issues that need to be addressed through the programs she develops, infusing them with her own blend of creative, often humorous, out-of-the-box thinking. Sayre received her coaching certification from The Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, Calif.; she received her Master’s in Business Communications at the University of Saint Thomas, and her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
