One size fits all does not apply to how to motivate employees from different generations. Each generation carries with it a unique set of life experiences that helps form their values, attitudes and beliefs. These differences challenge leaders today when it comes to knowing how to motivate and engage a diverse workforce. Further, a significant proportion of companies of all sizes struggle to fill leadership roles. In this session, participants will review the current workforce generations and work on a short exercise, incorporating the generational differences in a team setting.
