Program Description: 

After becoming a Certified Scrum Master I wanted to see if SCRUM could be used in areas outside of Information Technology or Business Projects.  Outside of my day job I enjoying rehabbing old homes.  Could the two pieces work together?  Come and participate in the journey that I took with 5 blue-collar workers and turned them into a SCRUM team that did great work together and had a fun time too.
